However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund process:
1. Easy Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Your exchanged products will be delivered within 7-8 days.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Exchange is allowed for size issues, damaged pieces, or incorrect items sent.
If a replacement isn’t available, you can opt for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

3. Pickup & Refund Process
Pickup: Our team will arrange for a pickup (wherever serviceable).
Refund: Once the product is picked up and passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, we will refund via bank transfer or UPI. We will contact you for details.
4. No Extra Charges
No hidden fees.
No reverse pickup charge.
Full refund before pickup if a request is made within the allowed period.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize your case and resolve it at the earliest.
